8. Join a group which focuses on the same activity. A group can help you stay on track while giving you feedback, support, and praise to make you moving forward. Look for groups online through social media or check with your local community center, library, or town hall.

9. Define a clear and specific goal for yourself. Sometimes it is hard to motivate ourselves when we're unsure about where we want to go. Make a clear, actionable end target that you can accomplish.
